Privacy, in plain words

What we hold

• Your email address — it is your account and your sign-in.
• The phrases and business names you set, so the listening knows what to hear.
• Your catches, and which of them you have read.
• Billing state from our payment processor (whether your subscription is trialing, active, past due, or cancelled). Card details are held by the processor, never by us.

What we never touch

We never ask for, hold, or use your password or session on Reddit, Facebook, or any other platform. The listening reads public sources only. Nothing in AskCatch can post or message as you.

What we do with it

Your data runs your listening. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. Catches are public posts, kept so you can search your own history; your phrases are visible only inside your account.

Leaving

Cancel anytime. On request to help@doogex.com we delete your account data; billing records are kept as the law requires.
